Here at Key Nutrition we believe the foundation of a healthy diet and lifestyle starts with developing appropriate knowledge and attitudes toward food at a young age. We take a different approach to working with children learning what your child does and does not like and developing a system designed to incorporate a healthy diet, broaden your child’s palate while incorporating nutrition foods that your child would enjoy.

Our Youth Nutrition Counseling Services:

  • Managing weight gain and diabetes
  • Work with metabolic conditions

  • Assist in specialized meal planning for food sensitivities
  • Developing healthy and positive relationship with food

Community Partnerships

Actively participate in Washington Square community. Collaborate with Local Schools and Preschools engaging children in interactive workshops.

Collaborate with Reading Terminal Market for Annual Family Initiative, teaching families to build a nutritious pantry where they can find all their food items and condiments at the Market during our workshop. Having a versatile pantry will help families model positive food behaviors and eating healthy to their children while putting together quick and healthy meals.
