Not All Bread is Created Equal!

Above is the average nutrition contents for popular bread types. However, when it comes to different brands, all bread is not created equal. The different ingredients used by each manufacturer to make one type of bread, can largely increase or decrease the calorie and macronutrient amount.

It is important to look at the nutrition labels when purchasing bread and chose one that works with your diet plan. Typically, you should look for bread that is high in fiber, low in sugar and contains a good amount of protein. Below we listed some of our Key Nutrition go-to bread brands.
